FROM FIRST LOOK TO AN INFORMED DECISION
Your Cyprus buying guide.
01 / CHOOSE
Build a useful shortlist
Start with your budget, property type and intended use. Compare the exact unit reference, internal area, outdoor space and source date. Development renders illustrate the project; they do not confirm the condition or view of a particular unit.
02 / VERIFY
Check the property and the complete cost
Ask for a current written offer, a unit-specific plan, title history, planning and building approvals, contractual handover terms, and a full cost schedule. Include taxes, registration and transfer charges, legal fees, furnishing, connections, service charges and any financing or currency costs.
Older VPS360 packs contain tax percentages and rental projections. These have been retained only as source comparisons where relevant. They are not adopted as current rates or promised returns.
03 / VISIT
View with VPS360 and SVG
VPS360 leads the client relationship and shortlist. SVG supports the local viewing arrangements and coordination on the ground. Confirm travel, accommodation, appointments and any viewing-trip costs in writing before booking. Legal advice should come from an independent qualified adviser.
04 / DECIDE
Move forward on documented terms
Before any reservation or contract, confirm the payment recipient, refund conditions, unit availability, purchase permissions and the legal position of the property. A brochure is an introduction; the contract and independent checks determine the transaction.
